Educated in St. Andrew’s Secondary and Raffles Junior College in Singapore. Graduated from the University of Western Australia with a double degree majoring in Law and Arts (Honours in English), Wayne has worked for large and modest firms such as Parker & Parker; Freehill Hollingdale & Page and Tan & Tan Lawyers before branching out on his own.
Entered into the roll of General Public Notaries of Western Australia in 2012, Wayne is fluent in Mandarin, and is conversational in Cantonese, Hokkien and Thai.
