The name of our company Advocatus is a tribute to the late pioneering Asian lawyer and esteemed advocate Charles Wee Beng Tan who first used that company name in the 1990s in Western Australia. We follow in his footsteps and his example illuminates our path not only in law but in life.
Our focus on cost-effective solutions lends us to believe, based on what our client feedback tells us, that our costings for traditional Wills, contracts for sale of businesses and advising on drafted Binding Financial Agreements and bank guarantees are the most reasonable around.
